Registration is now required because of the recent passage of Colorado Revised Statute (CRS)12-35.5-101 (Senate Bill 08-219). There are two steps that everyone MUST do in order to register: 1. A Criminal History Record Check, including Fingerprinting, and 2. Registration Application.
