Staff Spotlight: Jan Combs
President of Boulder College of Massage Therapy
Some of you may have had an opportunity to meet and speak with Jan at the College’s Homecoming this past June.  For those of you who attended and for those of you who were unable to do so, the Homecoming was an opportunity for all alumni of BCMT to renew acquaintances and to see that BCMT is as academically challenging as it has always been and, more importantly, that BCMT is here to stay!

Alumni Profile - Tony Neuman
Tony Neuman is a 1990 graduate of The Boulder College of Massage Therapy (BCMT).  Tony attended BCMT when the “college” was in its original location and was known as The Boulder “School” of Massage Therapy. Tony first heard about BSMT in 1985 when he was seated next to a woman on a 3-hour bus ride to New York City.  The woman was an alumnus and when Tony learned that she was a massage therapist, he immediately thought “prostitute” as he only knew massage as a “front” for other activities and was not aware that it was a “profession” nor that “real” massage practitioners existed!  At the time, Tony was an art dealer in Paris, but that chance meeting changed his life.
