Alumni Membership Instructions
Joining the Alumni Association
1) complete the online application to join the association [ click here ]
2) once the online ap is submitted you will be directed to PayPal to pay for your membership
3)
after paying for your membership you will create your alumni profile [ click here ]
4) once you complete your profile you will be emailed a username and password (make sure to add alumni@bcmt.org to your address book)
5) the alumni manager will approve your profile and make it 'live'
6) you will receive an email that your profile is approved and then you will be able to log in to access your profile, chair rental and job hotline
7) once your membership expires you will not be able to log in, you will be brought to a page where you can renew your membershp.
To create your profile, visit this link: Add Profile
1) fill in the form fields
2) be sure to check 'I DO NOT want my profile to be public' if you want to keep your profile private
3)
after completing the form select 'register'
4) you will receive
an email with your user name and a temporary password
5) the alumni manager will receive an email regarding your registration and will approve your profile
6) you will receive an email confirming your approval, you can log into your profile
7) you can make changes to your profile at any time by logging into your control panel and clicking on ‘update info’.
Logging into your account for edits/updates:
You may login at any time to make changes to your page. Click here to login and use your assigned login/password to access your control panel.
To add your photo/logo/image:
1) log into your control panel and click on 'My Picture'
2) this will bring up a browser, find your photo on your computer and click
'upload'
3) the photo should be 72 dpi, RGB for web, max width of 300, image should be saved at .jpg or .jpeg

you can edit your images using Google's free photo editing software Picasa.

Important Note:
When creating or editing your profile description, it is best to write out your description in Word or some other document program, and then copy and paste it into your Alumni Profile. If you type directly into the description box of your Alumni Profile and it takes a long time, your session can time out and it's possible you may lose all your work up to that point.
