 |
Are not asking for a modification that fundamentally alters the requirements and expectations of the program, activity, or service |
Disability services include, but are not limited to:
 |

 |

Your Responsibilities
To receive disability accommodations, all students must document their disabilities
with the Enrollment and Services Office by submitting a Special Needs Form . If you aren't sure what documentation is needed, we'll be happy to discuss that with you.
A completed Special Needs Form and subsequent documentation must be
submitted at least six weeks prior to enrollment.
BCMT cannot promise that the desired service will be available with less than six weeks notice, and some requests will take more than six weeks to process. Please notify us early.
