Foot Reflexology
This training course will introduce you to the theory of zone therapy and the locations of the reflex points that correspond to organs, glands, and other body parts. You will observe demonstrations of basic therapeutic techniques and practice them with classmates. At the end of the course, you will have an awareness of how reflexology can help health problems and will feel comfortable in offering foot reflexology to your friends and family.

Hand Reflexology
This training course will be a true “hands-on” experience. In the morning, students will learn how
to offer a complete treatment in hand reflexology. The afternoon will focus on advanced
foot reflexology techniques. The format of the class will include demonstrations and practice with classmates. Come and enjoy the day!
